Our mission is straightforward and clear: to provide security, value and assistance as a Member–based organization. We have a deep–rooted heritage of providing automotive, travel, insurance and associated products. We embrace our long–standing and continuing tradition of responding quickly and effectively to the changing needs of our Members.

Mission and Values

CAA Manitoba’s vision is to be so dynamic and forward–thinking in what we do for our Members that everyone wants to belong. It’s not complicated – providing members with security, value and assistance through the timely delivery of first–rate products and dependable service.

As in the past, CAA Manitoba’s priorities today continue to include standing up for the rights of motorists. But we’ve expanded our role to include travel by air and sea as well. We’ve grown from ensuring peace of mind to Members on the road, through our Emergency Road Service, to providing security in other areas of their everyday lives with insurance products and other services.

Our vision for the future includes doing everything we can to enhance the security, value and assistance of our Members, by remaining up–to–date on issues concerning roads, infrastructure, travel and borders; by tracking new and emerging technologies, trends, goods and services. We expect the needs of our Members to change with the times, and we’re committed to change with them. We know where we’re going and how to get there. We invite you along for the ride.
