Q. How can I tell if I will receive CAA Dollars for my Husky or Mohawk purchase?

  • When you present your valid membership card at a Husky and Mohawk location at time of purchase, the attendant will ‘swipe’ your membership card through the point of sale system.
     
  • Your membership number will be printed at the top of your receipt.
     
  • This indicates that your CAA Dollars for this purchase will appear in your membership account within 45 days.

Q. How do I receive CAA Dollars for my purchase if I have forgotten to present my membership card?

  • You can drop off your receipt (within 30 days) at any CAA Service Centre Location and the CAA Dollars will be credited to your account.
     
  • Receipts older than 30 days will not be accepted.

Q. What if the total number of CAA Dollars in my membership account does not reflect all of the purchases I have made at Husky and Mohawk?

  • Contact us and one of our CAA Member Service Representatives will look into your account and go through your purchases with you.
