Our mission is to provide security, value and peace-of-mind as a member-based organization with a heritage of providing automotive, travel, insurance and associated products; and a continuing tradition of responding to our members' changing needs.
Visions, Values, and Principles
CAA Vision: To be so dynamic and forward thinking in what we do that everyone wants to belong.
It's not a complicated vision. In fact, its strength is its simplicity. That's what makes it easy for CAA to stay focused on our main goal: providing members with security, value and peace of mind through the delivery of first-rate products and dependable service.
In 1904, that meant defending our province's first motorists against anti-automobile sentiment and cries of "Get a horse!" Today, CAA Manitoba's priorities continue to include standing up for drivers' rights, but have expanded to include travel by air and cruise ship as well. And we've grown from ensuring peace of mind to members on the road through emergency road service, to providing security in other areas of their lives, through services such as insurance and others that make their busy lives easier.
Our vision for the future? We know the road ahead is full of possibilities, and we feel confident we're up to the challenges ahead, whatever the future may bring. We expect our members' needs will continue to change, and we're prepared to change with them. Our members share their needs, views and ideas with us; it's our job to reflect that in all we do. At CAA Manitoba, our members are the driving force behind everything we do.
