Internal Training


Orientation
As a new employee, you'll receive a full and comprehensive Employee Orientation. We'll make sure you know your company. And that on your very first day you'll know you're part of the team.

Customer Service Skills
We don't want to just satisfy our customers - we want to dazzle them!

We offer the best customer service training available to help our employees deliver top-notch customer service.

With our Customer Service Skills Program, you'll be doing just that!

Sales Skills
Got good service? Great! But our members also expect information about our newest products and services specific to their needs as a traveller or consumer.

Our members rely on our staff for superior product knowledge communicated in an intelligent and professional manner.

With our Sales Skills Program, you'll learn the features and benefits of our products. And you'll be able to relay the information in a valuable and meaningful way to our customers - showing them respect and concern for their needs.

This program is provided to our Point of Sales staff.

Computer & Technology Training
To maintain our customers' trust as the source for security, value and peace of mind, we use the latest technology to match our products with action!

In-house Technology
Some of the latest computer technology available supports all our product lines and staff functions. It's simply the best and allows a fast and accurate response to members' requests.

Where appropriate, a full and comprehensive training package will give you the knowledge and practice to use our "in-house" systems effectively.

PC Technology
Our employees are our greatest asset, and all receive no-cost training in the latest Personal Computer (PC) technology software.

External Training Programs / Accreditation


When training cannot be provided internally, external training is an option. It makes good business sense, and the bottom line is that we invest in our people, offering them the necessary skills for success.
