Statement of Policy
The CAA's Statement of Policy encompasses CAA's public policy positions on matters of special concern to the motoring and travelling public. It's produced annually with the goal of positively influencing policy and decision makers in both the private and public sectors who play active roles in shaping Canada's public policies.
Member opinion is the driving force behind CAA's policy development. CAA conducts ongoing member opinion surveys monitoring the views of its membership on issues such as the national highway system, the environment, traffic safety, travel and tourism, and vehicle standards.
