Earning CAA Dollars at Husky/Mohawk
Every time you make a purchase, at a participating Husky or Mohawk location anywhere in Canada, simply present your membership card. Your membership card is "swiped" through the in-store terminal at point of purchase and the CAA Dollars will be automatically credited to your CAA membership account.
How many CAA Dollars can I earn at Husky/Mohawk locations?
You can earn CAA Dollars equal to 1.5 to 2 cents per litre depending on the fuel you purchase, 3% in CAA Dollars for a total amount spent on car washes, vehicle repair, and convenience store purchases (excluding tobacco/lotteries), As well as 4% in CAA Dollars for a total amount spent at Husky House Restaurants. BONUS: you can earn an additional 1/2 cent per litre (back to litre 1) if 125 litres are purchased in a month. Plus, if you use your CAA MasterCard as payment at Husky/Mohawk, you'll earn an additional 2% - that's a possible 6% in CAA Dollars!
What purchases are eligible to earn CAA Dollars?
You earn CAA Dollars at participating Husky/Mohawk locations on purchases:
- of fuel
- of convenience store merchandise*
- at Husky House restaurants*
- of mechanical parts and services
Lottery tickets, tobacco products and gift certificates are excluded.
Do I have to buy fuel to earn CAA Dollars?
No, any of the above purchases (either singly or in combination) earn CAA Dollars. Gas purchases are not necessary.
Can I earn CAA Dollars if I'm paying for fuel with a fleet card?
Commercial Customers paying with a Husky/Mohawk Commercial Card, a Fleet Card, or a Company (private label) Card will earn 1% in CAA Dollars for their monthly purchases. Commercial purchases will not be included in the 3% monthly calculation. Bulk accounts and Husky Route Commander cards do not qualify for this program.
I forgot to give my membership card when I made purchases at Husky/Mohawk. What can I do?
Fax, mail, or bring in your receipt to any CAA Manitoba branch for credit. In the event that you forget to present your membership card when making a purchase, your receipt can be dropped off at any CAA location, within 30 days, and the CAA Dollars will be credited to your account. Receipts older than 30 days will not be accepted.
I just joined CAA and only have a temporary card. Can I still collect CAA Dollars at Husky/Mohawk?
Yes! Fax, mail, or bring in your receipt to any CAA Manitoba branch for credit.
How do I know that my card was "swiped" at a Husky/Mohawk location?
At the bottom of your receipt - regardless of payment method - you'll see your entire membership number printed. This will appear when your card has been swiped.
