Schedule of Benefits
When covered injuries result in loss within 365 days from the date of the accident, benefits are payable for loss of life, loss of limbs, sight or hearing. The amount payable for loss of life is 100% of the Principal Sum specified in Plan 1 or Plan 2 (depending on which plan you select). Varying percentages of the aforementioned Principal Sum are payable for non-fatal injuries, ranging from a minimum of 50% for loss of speech or loss of hearing to a maximum of 100% for loss of two or more limbs, in accordance with a table of benefits contained in the Insurance Certificate issued to insured members.
