CAA Manitoba President Tim Scott.

New CAA products and services to make your life a little easier.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on our lives-the effects of which will be felt for years to come. CAA Manitoba will be your partner through it all.

For over 115 years, CAA has helped Canadians stay safe, mobile and protected. A strong advocate on issues such as road safety, infrastructure and consumer rights, CAA Manitoba has found ways to enhance our program offerings, to provide excellent customer service and to give back to the community. Throughout the pandemic, we have adapted and innovated so that we can keep serving our Members in safe and efficient ways.

Recognizing the retail landscape is notwhat it was before the pandemic, we are proud to introduce an online feature which allows our associates to answer questions, provide advice and check product availability while Members and customers shop online from the comfort of their homes. We encourage you to try this new retail experience at

We recently launched an improved version of our app. The new CAA Mobile App allows Members to access exclusive savings and Rewards, check CAA Dollars balances and access Roadside Assistance from the palm of their hands. The app is now available in app stores and at

We are excited to announce a program to provide even more added value to your membership: Mobile Tire Change. Our technicians will come to your location to install your winter tires. To learn more about this pilot project, currently available in Winnipeg, visit

One of our most popular programs continues to be Battery Service. It's convenient, fast and affordable. Winter is harsh on car batteries, so I encourage you to take advantage of this service. We come to you, test your battery and, if needed, deliver and install a new battery. Proactive maintenance helps prevent the inconvenience of a dead battery on a cold Manitoba morning. Call us or go to to book an appointment.

Members are the backbone of our organization. We're working hard and taking precautions to meet your needs and protect your health. Thank you for standing with us as we navigate this new normal. May you and yours stay safe and healthy throughout the season.
