CAA Assistance.

Emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day. If you need to contact CAA Assistance, please provide your name, your policy number, your location and the nature of your emergency. CAA Assistance will open your claim and provide you with a case number and the appropriate claim form.

CAA Assistance will pay hospitals, physicians and other medical providers directly, whenever possible. While most medical providers will agree to accept direct payment from us, there are some providers who will require that you pay them directly.
